Legal Stuff

You (hereinafter referred to as “Customer”) acknowledge, understand and agree that JUMPERMAN PARTY RENTALS L.L.C. (hereinafter referred to as “Booking Agent”) is serving solely as a booking agent for the rented equipment and service that Customer is hereby ordering. Customer further understands, acknowledges and agrees that, as such, Booking Agent will be acting as a liaison making the connection between Customer and a preferred service provider (hereinafter referred to as “Service Provider”) that has agreed in advance with Booking Agent to provide the requested rental equipment and services at the prices quoted on Booking Agent’s website (including promotional discounts). While Booking Agent will serve as the liaison between Customer and Service Provider, Customer understands and agrees that Customer will be contracting directly with Service Prover for the actual equipment rental and services that Service Provider will be providing for Customer and Booking Agent is just facilitating that relationship. Customer covenants and agrees that Customer will hold Booking Agent harmless from any and all claims for injury, damages or loss of whatsoever nature and kind that Customer may incur that may be caused by the rental equipment or services that are provided to Customer by Service Provider. Customer’s sole remedy, if any, shall be solely against Service Provider. If Service Provider fails to deliver the ordered equipment and/or services to Customer as agreed, Customer understands and agrees that as to Booking Agent, Customer’s sole remedy against Booking Agent shall be a full refund of the monies that Customer has paid to Booking Agent.

Setup & Delivery

Setup and Delivery charges will be added to your order total. Setup and delivery charges start at $40 Residential deliveries, $80 for Deliveries to Business, Churches or Schools, and $150 for Parks, Hotels or Casinos. Also, the following ZIP codes have an additional $10 distance sur-charge: 89166, 89044, 89052, 89012, 89002, 89015, 89011, 89179, 89161, 89178, 89141, 89121, 89143, 89124, 89166, 89138.

Lake Las Vegas - Setup and Delivery fees for Residential deliveries to Lake Las Vegas are determined by the total price of the rental items. If the total of the rental items is $200 or more, the S&D Fee is $60; otherwise it is $100.

Email promotions and discounts only apply to certain days of the week and must be approved by management if your event is on a weekend or holiday. Pricing listed within this website is residential pricing only and may not include setup and delivery fees. Please call us to see if there are additional fees for your zip code or location such as Nellis Airforce Base and all public events including parks, schools, churches, fundraisers, etc.  Must call for special pricing and deliveries to Nellis AFB. All pricing  is subject to change at any time without notice prior to booking.

6 hour guarantee rental times need to be chosen at time of booking. Please keep in mind ALL standard rate deliveries are delivered as early as 6:00am and picked up as late as 11pm.

If you choose to pay an additional VIP delivery or pick up fee, please ask at time of booking. VIP Delivery rates starting at only $60 for a 2 hour delivery window or 2 hour pick up window.

Concession machines are not rented without the rental of a jumper or other inflatable unit.

The 6 hour guarantee times listed within this website, apply to residential orders only. Please call to discuss guarantee times for any public events including parks, schools, churches, fundraisers, etc. NOTE: BOULDER CITY ORDERS MUST BE AN MINIMUM OF $500.00 and additional setup and delivery fees will apply. any Boulder City order must be first approved by Jumper Man Management.

Attendants are not included within the pricing listed. Customers assume all risk of injury or loss of property while using any Jumper Man Party Rentals' equipment or services. Release of liability agreements are required upon delivery of products or services.

Payment is required prior to set-up of all products and services. Jumper Man Party Rentals, its associates, and representatives reserve the right to refuse the sale of its products and services at any time.

Jumper Man Party Rentals may cancel or delay any deliveries of its products or services based upon weather conditions or reasonable unforeseen circumstances.

Deposits collected for reservations will not be refunded upon cancellation of any reservation unless the cancellation is weather related and the refund is approved by management.
